Community Guidelines
Spilltop is about nights out, not nights gone wrong. Keep it fun, keep it honest, and look out for the people around you.
Be respectful
No harassment, bullying, or hate speech. That includes slurs, targeted abuse, threats, and encouraging others to harass someone.
No sexual or violent content
Spilltop isn't for nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence. Simulated violence in a clearly comedic context is fine; gore, abuse, or anything involving minors is never fine.
Don't post other people without consent
If you film someone, check they're cool with going on Spilltop — especially in bars and clubs where people expect a bit of privacy. Don't post someone's face, location, or identifying details without permission.
No illegal stuff
- No drug sales, weapon sales, or promotion of self-harm.
- No content that breaks local laws or exploits people.
- No spam, scams, or phishing links.
Be honest
Don't impersonate other people, businesses, or venues. Check-ins should reflect where you actually are. Don't use bots to game the leaderboard.
Look after yourself and others
If you're drinking, pace it. If someone looks like they need help, help them. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a local support service — Spilltop isn't a substitute for one.

Reporting and blocking
Use the ⋯ menu on any profile, video, comment, or live stream to report or block. Reports are anonymous and go straight to our safety team.
Enforcement
We review reports and act on them. Depending on severity we might warn you, remove the content, lock the account, or permanently ban it. Repeated breaches escalate fast.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, email support@spilltop.com with your username and the content in question. A human will take another look.
