Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Spilltop. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Spilltop.
1. Who can use Spilltop
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Spilltop. You're responsible for your account and for anything posted from it.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials safe. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Your content
You own the posts, videos, photos, and other content you share. By uploading content to Spilltop, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You can delete your content at any time, and the licence ends except to the extent it's already been shared with others on the platform.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Spilltop to:
- Post content that's illegal, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- Harass, bully, stalk, or impersonate other people.
- Share someone else's private information without consent.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
- Upload malware, spam, or anything that breaks the platform.

5. Purchases and payments
If Spilltop offers paid features, purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by the store's refund policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Spilltop name, logo, and software are ours. You get a limited licence to use the app on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your content and profile are removed, except where we're required to keep records by law.
8. Disclaimers
Spilltop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spilltop and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
